Radymyr Tsiko was born in Ukraine in 1991. In 2005, he enrolled at the Solomiya Krushelnytska Lviv State Music Lyceum.
From 2010 to 2015, Radymyr studied at the Ukrainian National Tchaikovsky Academy of Music in Kyiv, in the class of the Ukrainian pianist and composer Oleg Bezborodko. In 2015, he graduated with distinction, completing a Master’s degree in Piano Performance.
Since 2025, he has been working as a Senior Lecturer for the compulsory piano subject at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz, where he studied Concert Piano as well as Pedagogy in the class of Prof. Manfred Tausch and also studied with Prof. Ayami Ikeba. Radymyr received scholarships from the Martha Debelli Foundation and the Austrian Agency for Education and Internationalisation.
The pianist has performed as a soloist, chamber musician, a member of the Graz Salon Orchestra, and as a eurythmy accompanist. He has participated in events of Styriarte and the Styrian Tonkünstlerbund in Austria, the Prospettive Music Festival in Italy, the stARTfestival in Germany, and the Festival & Academia de Música International in Spain.
Radymyr attended masterclasses with Martin Hughes, Sofya Gulyak, Aquiles Delle Vigne, Vincenzo Balzani, Gabriel Kwok, Sergio De Simone, Stephan Möller, and Carlo Palese, as well as improvisation masterclasses with Bert Mooiman and Karst de Jong. In his concerts, he performed his own improvisations.
